Too Old To Game?

I was at the self-checkout at New World, purchasing a few odds and
ends. The kid supervising the stations is always polite and helpful
and we have brief conversations. He asked if I'd had a good and busy
day. I told him that it had been good, but not busy. I said I'd been
gaming most of the day.

He look startled. I said: "What?"

He said that I didn't really look the type.

I grinned. I asked "What, you think I'm too old to be gaming?"

He didn't answer, but he did turn beet red! He stammered a bit. I just laughed.

Ahhh, the assumptions of youth. :D I wonder if in 20 years he'll
remember this when he's asked about gaming "at his age"...

haha i don't think that ppl should assume that only kids should play video games. video games have been around since "old ppl" like you were kids lol

Too old for Dora's Explorer maybe, but never too old to cast spells and slay dragons!

I tend not to play mage, I'm much more the rogue type :) But yes, there are dragons to slay in this game - Dragon Age. Haven't gotten there yet though, only handled a drake, and that was tough enough :D
